This place is the absolute best. Food is always delicious, staff is the kindest and quickest, and the entire restaurant itself is neat and tidy.

This has been one of the few restaurants that we go back to again and again. Thanks!

First time back in about two months.  Looks like they've gone to bite sized plates for $15.   Sad.  They're portion sizes are offensive now.

Food is still great but I came here for good portion sizes for the price too.

A very Portland-esque restaurant located in Beaverton near Tabasbourne. It is the same area as Petsmart, Burgerville, and Dollar Tree. Plenty of parking in this plaza.

My friend and I came here on a Monday afternoon and it was not too crowded. I ordered the phad keemao and Thai tea and my friend got the tropical crunchy chicken with rice. My phad keemao was definitely on the saltier side and I did not enjoy very much. However, the Thai tea and my friend's chicken dish were pretty good! The chicken had a nice crunch and I love the mix of flavors with pineapple and mango.

The sever was very friendly and attentive. Overall the food was not too shabby, but there's better Thai restaurants in the area.

Thailander is a little restaurant in the old Java Mama space, tucked between Petsmart and Mio Sushi. It is in a busy shopping center and the parking is terrible. There are about ten tables and the kitchen is open so you can see and hear the cooks banging pots around.

It is worth the headache of braving the lot. They serve some jazzed up Thai dishes, interesting lunch combinations, the service is friendly, and it is pretty typical in terms of price.

My teen gives the Angel rolls ( tofu salad rolls served with a good peanut sauce) and the Thai iced tea a big heck yes endorsement. The Pad Thai, Yellow Curry with tofu (no onions or peppers for my kiddo)   and Chicken Satay also scored big points.

I have enjoyed their various curries and noodle dishes. One time I was sick and a bowl of wonton soup and an icy mango juice did the trick. Also  the crispy chicken nugget things are pretty good. They offer 4 spice levels, medium spice is perfect for me. I wasn't sure about the napa cabbage in my Pad see ew and the Tom Kha soup seemed off and  was a little too different for me. Some of their special smashups ( pad Thai burrito anyone?, fries with shrimp and Thai flavors piled on top??) and unique flavors can be interesting and a fun change.

Takeout is easy and you can order through a couple delivery services too.

    Give it a try!!

Very friendly staff and decent food. We ordered to go. The potatoes in our yellow curry take out were not fully done, still crunchy and the drunken noodles had an overly tomato flavor with overdone noodles.
May give them another try but probably choose another dish.
